All lost and found items at Mandalay International Airport are managed exclusively by MC-Jalux Airport Services Company Limited. Our procedures ensure that all found property is handled with care and returned to the rightful owner when possible, in accordance with the following guidelines:

Scope of Items Managed: We handle items found in public areas (e.g., parking lots), restricted zones (e.g., security checkpoints), and controlled-access areas that do not bear airline tags or other airline-related identifiers.

Lost Item Reporting: Passengers who have lost an item may report it to our Lost & Found team. Our staff will log all relevant details provided by the individual to aid in the identification and retrieval process.

Return Process: Items will only be released to their rightful owners after verification that the information in the lost item report matches the details recorded in our found item database.
