Please be advised of temporary changes to the check-in counter locations at Mandalay International Airport:
**Domestic Departures:**
Starting April 4, 2025, all domestic departure check-in counters have been temporarily moved from the Passenger Terminal to the Cargo Terminal. Please proceed directly to the Cargo Terminal for check-in during this time. Signage and assistance will be available to help you find your way.
**International Departures:**
Effective April 25, 2025, the international departure check-in counters have been temporarily relocated from the Departure Floor (2nd Floor) to the Arrival Floor (1st Floor) of the Passenger Terminal. An information counter will be available on the Arrival Floor to assist with any questions or guidance you may need.
**Arrival:**
Please note that **both domestic and international arrivals** will continue to be processed at the Arrival Floor (1st Floor) of the Passenger Terminal, as per the current procedures. This process remains the same to ensure a smooth arrival for all travelers.
